- “Prescription Medicines” means drugs legally requiring a valid prescription from a qualified healthcare professional.

- Eligibility
To use GPL Services, you must:

- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or making a purchase.
If you are under 18, you may only use GPL Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Account Registration

- Keep your login credentials confidential;
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Notify GPL immediately of unauthorized access;
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
GPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
- Prescription Requirements
For prescription-only medicines, you must upload or provide a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider.
GPL reserves the right to:
- Verify any prescription;
- Reject prescriptions that appear altered, invalid, or fraudulent;
- Decline orders that violate pharmaceutical laws or regulations.
- Product Information and Availability
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and availability. However:
- Availability may change without notice.
- Prices may be updated at any time.
- Images are for illustration only.
- We do not guarantee that information on the platform is error-free.
If an error is discovered after an order is placed, GPL may cancel or modify the order with notice to you.
- Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. GPL reserves the right to accept or decline your order.

- Payments must be made in full before order dispatch (except COD).

- Delivery & Shipping
GPL delivers to designated regions in Kenya.
Delivery timelines:

- Delivery fees may apply.
- You must provide accurate delivery information.
- GPL is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
Prescription medicines will be delivered only to the person named on the prescription or their authorized representative.
- Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
For safety reasons, medicines and pharmaceutical products are generally NOT returnable unless:
- The wrong item was delivered;
- The product is damaged;
- The product is expired;
- GPL determines a return is justified based on inspection.
Refund Policy:
Approved refunds may be issued via:
- M-PESA
- Bank transfer
- Store credit
Refund timelines depend on payment provider processing times.
- Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- Upload false prescriptions or medical documents;
- Copy, access, or modify GPL systems without permission;
- Collect users’ data without consent;
- Distribute viruses or malicious software;
- Harass or abuse GPL staff or delivery personnel.
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including text, logos, graphics, product images, software, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of GPL or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any material without written permission.
- Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how GPL collects, uses, and safeguards your data.
By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

- Misuse of the Services;
- Submission of false or fraudulent prescriptions;
- Violation of applicable laws.

GPL may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if:
- You violate these Terms;
- Fraud or illegal activity is detected;
- Required by law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
You may also terminate your account at any time.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, including pharmaceutical and consumer protection regulations.
Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.

GPL may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
