HUMALOG MIX 25 VIAL 10ML is a Prescription Only Medicine (POM) containing a pre-mixed suspension of 25% rapid-acting Insulin Lispro and 75% intermediate-acting Insulin Lispro Protamine (100 units/ml). Manufactured by Eli Lilly and Company, this 10ml vial is used to manage Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, providing both mealtime and background blood sugar control. It is administered via subcutaneous injection using an insulin syringe, typically before breakfast and/or the evening meal. The vial must be gently rolled before each use.
