GIT PLUS TABS are a Prescription Only Medicine (POM) designed to treat various gastrointestinal disorders, particularly acid reflux (GERD) and indigestion (dyspepsia). Each tablet/capsule typically contains a combination of Rabeprazole Sodium (a Proton Pump Inhibitor), which reduces stomach acid production, and Itopride Hydrochloride (a prokinetic agent), which enhances stomach and intestinal motility. This dual action helps relieve symptoms like heartburn, bloating, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, while also aiding in the healing of acid-damaged tissues.
