FORTRAN P TABLETS 10s are a pack of 10 oral tablets, combining Diclofenac (an NSAID for pain, inflammation, and swelling) and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) (an analgesic and antipyretic for pain and fever reduction). This dual-action medication is prescribed for the short-term relief of moderate pain associated with conditions such as arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis), muscle pain, back pain, toothache, menstrual pain, and post-operative or post-traumatic pain. It also helps in reducing fever.
