FLURIFEN 100mg Tablets are a Prescription Only Medicine (POM) in Kenya, containing Flurbiprofen 100mg, a potent Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID). These tablets are indicated for the symptomatic relief of pain, inflammation, and stiffness associated with a wide range of conditions. It is commonly prescribed for chronic inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis, as well as for soft tissue injuries, muscular pain, and painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea). Flurifen works by reducing the production of inflammatory prostaglandins in the body, providing effective analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects.
