Dacof Paed 100ml is a specially formulated cough syrup for children, designed to provide effective relief from chesty and productive coughs. Each 5ml of the syrup contains a synergistic blend of active ingredients: Diphenhydramine HCl (7.0 mg), an antihistamine that also helps suppress cough and induce a sedative effect; Sodium Citrate (28.5 mg), an expectorant that thins and loosens mucus for easier expulsion; and Menthol (0.55 mg), which offers a soothing effect on irritated airways.
This combination makes Dacof Paed ideal for relieving coughs associated with the common cold, bronchitis, and other respiratory illnesses where mucus buildup is present. It aids in clearing congestion and alleviating discomfort, potentially assisting with sleep when coughs are bothersome at night.
