Description
BAZUKA Gel 6g is a highly effective topical treatment for common warts, verrucas, corns, and calluses. Its active ingredients are a combination of Salicylic Acid (typically 12.0% w/w) and Lactic Acid (typically 4.0% w/w). These powerful keratolytic agents work by gently and gradually softening and breaking down the hardened, infected skin tissue. This makes it easier to remove the excess growth, which in the case of warts and verrucas, also helps in eliminating the virus that causes them.
The gel dries to form a water-resistant, protective barrier over the treated area, which helps to inhibit the spread of the infection and removes the need for plasters. BAZUKA Gel is easy to apply directly to the affected area. It is typically used once daily, usually in the evening, after soaking the affected area in warm water and drying thoroughly. Treatment should continue until the wart, verruca, corn, or callus disappears, which can take several weeks. It’s suitable for use by adults, children (over 2 years, with adult supervision for those under 12), and the elderly.
