IDEOS CHEWABLE TABS are a widely available nutritional supplement containing 500mg of Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) and 400 IU of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) per chewable tablet. These tablets are designed to correct combined calcium and Vitamin D deficiencies, particularly in the elderly, and serve as an adjunct therapy for osteoporosis to support bone health. While typically found in packs of 30 or 60, the properties would apply to a 15-tablet pack if available.
