HARTEZE 10MG is a Prescription Only Medicine (POM) containing 10mg of Rivaroxaban, a direct Factor Xa inhibitor. Manufactured by Cosmos Limited, this oral tablet is an anticoagulant (blood thinner) used to prevent and treat various blood clot conditions, including deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). It is also prescribed to reduce the risk of stroke in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation and to prevent clots after hip or knee replacement surgery.
