GOUTGESIC 80MGS 10`S is a Prescription Only Medicine (POM) containing Febuxostat 80mg. It is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor used for the chronic management of hyperuricemia in adult patients with gout, especially when allopurinol is unsuitable. This medication works by reducing the production of uric acid, thereby preventing gout attacks and reducing tophi. It is available in packs of 10 tablets in Kenya.
