It contains a blend of active ingredients such as Tolu Solution, Capsicum Tincture, Creosote, Anise Oil, and Liquorice. This syrup is used to provide relief from persistent coughs, bronchitis, and symptoms of colds and catarrh by acting as an expectorant and soothing agent. It is commonly sold in 60ml bottles in Kenya.
