GLUCOWELL-MET 50/500MG is a Prescription Only Medicine (POM) containing a fixed-dose combination of Vildagliptin 50mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 500mg. It is commonly available in a pack of 28 or 30 tablets. Manufactured by Cosmos Limited, this medication is indicated for adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus to achieve better blood glucose control when diet, exercise, and metformin monotherapy are insufficient. It enhances insulin secretion and reduces glucose production in the liver. It is typically taken twice daily with meals.
